A walking educational tour of our farm
Children and their chaperones are escorted on a walk through our apple and peach orchards. We dig for potatoes and learn about honey bees by observing their habitats. Tour guides give age-group appropriate information along the way.
There is a stop to visit our peacocks and peahens as well as a visit to the barn, with a demonstration of the polishing and sorting of our apples. Farmer Skeeter will demonstrate the apple cider press and the potato washer. We have an incubator and newly hatched chickens for the children to see and hold. Our goats are a big attraction too!
